Join Father Don and your fellow parishioners on a road trip (bus) pilgrimage to the shrines of our East Coast saints and blesseds, and visit other inspiring cultural attractions:
Philadelphia, PA. Pray at the St. John Neumann Shrine, and at the Shrine of St. Katherine Drexel at the Cathedral Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul. Grab a Philly cheesesteak. Tour the beautiful sacred images at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Dig into some great Italian food.
New York City: Pray at the St. Frances Cabrini Shrine. Tour the Met Cloisters Museum with its amazing Medieval art. Visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Midtown, as well as Old St. Patrick’s Cathedral and St. Joseph’s Church Downtown. Enjoy an evening out in Manhattan.
New Haven, CT: Pray at the Shrine of Blessed Michael McGivney, the founder of the Knights of Columbus, the world’s largest fraternal organization.
Auriesville, NY: Pray at the Shrine of the North American Martyrs (Sts. Isaac Jogues, René Goupil, and Jean de Lalande) and birthplace of St. Kateri Tekakwitha, as well as at the St. Kateri Shrine nearby.
Emmitsburg, MD: Pray at the Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and at the National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes. Tour Mt. St. Mary’s Seminary, pray Vespers with the seminarians, and enjoy dinner with seminarians from the Diocese of Arlington.
