40 Hours of adoration
The St. Charles parish community will celebrate forty hours of continuous Eucharistic Adoration in thanksgiving for the many blessings the Lord has bestowed on us and praying for His mission of love and mercy to advance in and among the St. Charles community.
Our 40 Hours Devotion will begin on Monday, November 2nd following the 7pm Mass, and conclude with bilingual Solemn Vespers at 6:30pm, followed by Benediction at 7:00pm on St. Charles’ Feast Day, Nov. 4th.

At the conclusion of the Benediction on Wednesday, Nov. 4, we will be holding an Italian Dinner beginning at 7pm. Information and RSVP below.
SIGN UP FOR ADORATION SLOTS:
Signing up for an hour-long adoration time slot will help ensure continuous adoration of the Blessed Sacrament throughout the 40 Hours Devotion. Please click the button below to be taken to the 40 Hours online signup (via ParishStaq). You may claim an individual time slot for yourself or for a group. The signup schedule linked below is set up for 6 adorers to be slated for each of the 40 hours. A time slot with “6” remaining” indicates that no adorers have yet signed up to be present with our Lord at that time. Our goal is to have a minimum of four adorers for each hour slot, so thanks in advance to parishioners who are able to make the sacrifice of choosing the late evening/early morning adoration times.
Small groups and ministry teams are encouraged to sign up and spend a holy hour together. As additional adorers are welcome any time throughout the 40 Hours Devotion regardless of signup status, ministry leaders may select a time for adoration slot and encourage members to sign up for the same time slot on the schedule. If the 6 slots have been reserved, you can still show up to pray at your desired time.
In addition to the one-hour adoration slots, we are seeking volunteers to cover 2-hour nighttime shifts from 9pm to 6am so that we can provide security and hospitality (coffee and water) to our guests. Please check your email after signing up to verify your slot.

PARISH DINNER AND CELEBRATION:
All parishioners are invited to a dinner and celebration following the Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament from 7PM until 9PM. If you would like to attend, please RSVP below by October 28th so we know how many people are attending.
