Dear Father Creedon,

On behalf of the Arlington County Department of Human Services Foster Care Unit, I would like to thank you and the membership of Saint Charles Church for partnering with us on behalf of children who are entering the foster care system. We want to express our sincere thanks to all of you by presenting this Certificate of Appreciation to the entire church family in your name. By opening the doors of you church and contributing to the drive for new undergarments and other clothing items, you have made a difference in the lives of Arlington County's foster children.

Most children come into the system from emergency situations and have nothing with them when they come to us except the clothes on their backs.

Through your caring and commitment to make a difference, many of our children can now go into their foster home placements with brand new clothing items.

We thank you so very much and we appreciate your allowing our foster children to be the recipients of such a kind gesture.
