Freedom: The Jubilee Year at St. Charles

From the beginning, freedom has always been an important part of Jubilee years (see Isaiah 61: 1-2). Our U.S. heritage proclaims liberty for all. Where do I as a person need to be free? From what addictions, fears? What would a year of God’s favor mean to me? To our community? What needs to be restored? "If you hold to my teaching ... then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (John 8:32) Examine how our lives would change if we truly took to heart that in Christ we are free.
