Understanding and Praying the Psalms

Among the Themes To Be Covered:
- The Psalms in the life and worship of Israel;
- How the Psalms were composed;
- Different categories of psalms;
- The Psalms in the life of Jesus and His Church;
- The Psalms in our personal and communal prayer life

COSTS: Special Reduced Tuition: $ 290 (instead of regular $320) which covers all class notes and handout materials;
10% discount for Seniors and Accompanying Spouses; plus $20 Registration Fee

All Courses are ideal for working Catholic adults, parents who want to explain the faith better to their children, all involved in parish volunteer roles especially religious ed teachers, extraordinary ministers of Communion, lectors, and those new to Catholicism. Courses will be presented in lecture/discussion format -- no quizzes, exams, term papers.
