I. Call to Holiness-To Live our Faith Fully
A. To foster a deeper understanding of the Catholic faith among adults, youth and children.	1. Add new faith-related content for each liturgical season and for three parish events (such as a guest speaker's transcript or resources from an educational event) Praying w/Matt's Gospel; Advent Prayer of Light; Teen formation event transcript and resources; Election Questions for Catholics (Dr. Colecchi) from Diocesan Peace and Justice Conf. at St. Charles; Jewish High Holidays event summary
B. To offer opportunities for active and personal faith enrichment through participation in small group (household/neighborhood/workplace), liturgical and other communal experiences in which the Good News is shared, experienced and applied to daily life.	N/A Online registration for Lenten small groups.
C. To promote a greater appreciation of cultural and ethnic spirituality.	2. Recruit two additional volunteers to support San Carlos site Advertised at Ministries Fair and Oct. Volunteers newsletter Leonardo and Tracey are active volunteers!
II. Call to Welcome and Invite-To Share our Faith Freely.
A. To invite people to our parish and make all facets of parish life even more welcoming to all.	3. Add pictures of a cross-section of parishioners and activities to 25 webpages to make the parish website more welcoming to all 9 "albums" from events, but not yet sprinkled into existing pages. Photographer openings advertised. 4. Work with the senior citizens ministry group to develop a dedicated section of the website for them Mary French photo; Group is currently inactive so no further work is being done at this time.
B. To increase neighborhood involvement and ecumenical and interfaith programs. C. To integrate all parish media (Web site, weekly bulletin, flyers, pamphlets, pulpit announcements, etc.) in order to communicate effectively the message of God's love to all peoples.	N/A (B. Neighborhood maps in development; Neighborhood site redesign in development.) (C. Starting with Jan. Council report, indicate success of receiving bulletin inserts for website and monthly highlights submitted to Council ahead of time.)
III. Call to Transform the World-To Transform the World in Christ.
A. To empower all to offer their gifts of time, talent and treasure to build the reign of God's love in our parish, diocese, neighborhood and world.	5. Increase the advertisement of volunteer opportunities online by more ministries so that by year end we average at least 12 openings each month with the success rates tracked and published. Requested tracking by Vol. Leader, but process hasn't started yet. Requirement to report success if you advertise an opening has been added to the draft of updated parish procedures.
B. To be good stewards of our parish facilities through effective management that ensures accessibility with security for all.	6. Establish benchmarks for church site performance based on what area churches are doing online. No progress. *Only goal in jeopardy of not being achieved this fiscal year.*
C. To involve Catholics, at every level, in issues of justice and in service to meet the needs of those in our Parish, neighborhood, sister parishes and in our diocesan and other world missions.	N/A
