The Contemplative Way

A Time for New Ways of Prayer

Second Tuesdays of the month in the Chapel
(between the church and the parish office)
7:30-9:00 PM beginning September 14, 2004

For those who wish to
slow down, stop the stress,
be open to God, and be peace in the world.

Expect to do practices of

  • Silence
  • Centering Prayer
  • Present Moment Mindfulness
  • Lectio Divina with the Scriptures
  • Guided Meditation
  • Breathing exercises

(a participant from the 2003-04 session)

Each session will include input, practices, silence and some sharing. Bring a journal for yourself.

$10 a session, or $80 for the nine September-June sessions.
