Become a registered member of St. Charles by stopping by the Parish Office to fill out the registration form. You'll need to know the following about yourself and any other household members:

Any special needs—deafness, blindness, homebound, mentally challenged, little or no English, or other (specify) |

Religion—baptised Catholic, baptised non-Catholic, unbaptised, or other |
•

Preferred language—English, Spanish, or other (specify) |
You can register with the St. Charles regardless of how you answer the questions above. The personal information gathered is kept confidential and is used to serve you better. We look forward to you joining our Catholic community and family just like many others do each month.
