- What times are Masses?
- Masses are on Saturday at 5 PM and Sunday at 7:30 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, and 6 PM in English; and 1 PM on Sunday in Spanish. Holy Day Masses are as announced, but usually 9 AM, Noon and 7:30 PM. The weekday Mass is at 9 AM Monday through Saturday followed by a recitation of the Rosary in the Chapel. During Lent, we offer an additional Mass at 6 PM on Tuesdays.
- How do I register for marriage preparation?
- Pre-registration is required at least 6 months prior to the wedding. Registrations are accepted in person only between 9AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday. Please call the Parish Office (703-527-5500) for details about the parish and diocesan requirements.
- How do I have my child baptized?
- Baptismal preparation can begin while you’re still expecting! Please call the Parish Office (703-527-5500) for details.
- When can I receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation?
- Confessions are every Saturday from 3:30 to 4:30 PM in the Chapel, and anytime by appointment.
- Can I have directions?
- See the map on this site. Our address is 3304 North Washington Boulevard in Arlington, VA, 22201, a few miles west of Washington, DC. We're also a few blocks from the Clarendon Metro (subway) station on the Orange Line.
- How can I make a donation of clothing, furniture, food, etc.?
- Nonperishable food can be left in the food baskets at church. You can drop off clothing at the Goodwill Industres Donation Center located at 10 South Glebe Road (the former Evans store), 7 days a week from 10am to 3pm and get a receipt. If you return the receipt to the Parish Office we will apply them toward credit for our clients.
- How do you pronounce "Borromeo"?
- It's bore-oh-MAY-oh, which rhymes with "hold the mayo."

- How do I get information onto the parish website?
- Submit your suggestions via email webteam@stcharleschurch.org or the website feedback form and indicate whether you've also submitted a parish bulletin announcement with the same information and for which dates, and include which page(s) you think the information belongs on (if known). Your Parish Council representative can also advise you on publicity, as can our event planner checklist.
