3. Job descriptions so prospective volunteers know specifically how they can help
4. Simple fact sheets, calendars or brochures of upcoming events
5. Fliers from previous events
6. Nametags for your volunteers; coordinated or logo t-shirts if you have 'em
7. Pictures of your group "in action" on display
8. Tasty treats to share
9. Informed volunteers who can speak about all of your opportunities
10. Volunteers who reach out, say hello, and encourage Fair visitors to get involved
