On Saturday, June 5, 2004 at the 5 PM Vigil Mass, the parish Web Team celebrated the 6th anniversary of the parish website, which first launched on June 6, 1998. It was fitting that the celebration was during the celebration of the Trinity. Mark Alves commented that Fr. Whitestone's homily described the awesome and seemingly impossibility of trying to both comprehend and describe an infinite God with infinite love for all of us. And that the Web Team has a task that is just slightly less daunting task to comprehend and describe the parish of St. Charles.
We can describe a single God as three persons, Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer; or Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Similarly, the Web Team uses three elements to describe our parish: 1) text, 2) images, and 3) links. The Web Team unites these in an attempt to help others understand our parish, what it has to offer and how it's a reflection of God's love.
During our anniversary month for the parish website, we ask the parish for help in three ways.
