St. Charles Celebrates Our Lady of Guadalupe

One of the parish's many events of the Advent season was the Our Lady of Guadalupe fiesta, which featured a bilingual Mass, a mariachi band, several children dressed as Juan Diego, and a delicious feast in the cafeteria.

This annual event is one of the many ways parishioners of different backgrounds come together to share our single faith in Jesus Christ and His Church. Our Lady of Guadalupe is the patron saint of the Americas, North, Central and South. She serves as a powerful example of how all of us are called to act on Christ's love, regardless of our position or the expectations of those in authority.
