St. Charles provides emergency assistance for rent and utilities to residents of Arlington County, grocery bags for families, and lunch bags for the homeless.  Clients for emergency assistance are interviewed prior to receiving financial help, and food pantry recipients are interviewed annually.

20th Anniversary of the St. Charles Philippine Medical Mission Celebration

St. Charles Borromeo Philippine Medical Mission will celebrate it's 20th anniversary on Saturday, August 17 at 6 pm at St. Charles Gym. It will be a fun evening of singing, dancing, and filipino food! Thanks to our volunteers, supporters and donors, SCBPMM has assisted thousands of poor people in the Philippines for the last 20 years. Join us!

The evening with include:

  • Performance by Carlos Ibay

  • Filipino dinner

  • Performance by Serenata, a Filipino- American Community Choir

  • Line Dancing led by Marlon Enciso

  • Door Prize: One lucky winner will take home a beautifully framed 19” x 23” oil painting by Alfred Buenaventura
