- Who is available to help me?
In addition to your Pastoral Team liaisons, you also may consult
Carolyn Gretzinger (for copies of last years submissions) at (703)
243-5653 or Charlie Sullivan (for financial/budget questions) at (703)
522-3038.
- What kind of questions should we be thinking about?
What is your mission? What activities do you have planned to support
your mission? How will you fundraise? Where do you need the parish's
financial support?
- What are Goals & Objectives?
Definitions: Goals are intangible and are not meant to
be achieved (immediately); rather, they are targets to help give you
direction. Objectives are more concrete, can be measured, and
are expected to be implemented. Goals may remain valid from year
to year; objectives need to be updated. Evaluate yours in the
light of the parish's goals for 2001.
- Why do I need to list out all of my events for 12 whole months?
We'll be able to see each ministry/neighborhood's events and avoid
duplication or conflicts over dates and locations.
- I'm nostalgic for the multiple forms from last year--can you help
me out?
As long as you promise not to submit them, here are
last year's forms.
Remember, the Parish fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.
