MTFA Architecture, in conjunction with the Parish Center Committee, has established a tentative time line for our Parish Center project (assuming our fundraising efforts stay on track). The following items on the timeline are important to share because they involve participation from parishioners:
DESIGN REVIEWBased on the input of the Ambassadors group and the Parish Center Committee, MTFA has been fine-tuning the plans for our Parish Center which were presented in June. These revised plans will be available for parishioners to review between August 25th and September 2nd. During that time, blank index cards will be available for parishioners to write their suggestions, comments or questions.
A schedule of display times is being developed and will be announced shortly. Please check the bulletin and the parish web site (www.stcharleschurch.org) in the coming weeks for the complete schedule of review times and locations.
It is the goal of the Parish Center Committee to provide flexible hours so that as many parishioners as possible can participate in this review.
YOUR INPUT IS REQUESTED AND WELCOMED!
Following the review period, input received from parishioners will be compiled and reviewed by members of the Parish Center Committee. Applicable comments/suggestions will then be forwarded to MTFA for their review for potential incorporation into the Parish Center designs. During the month of September, a Parish Center Newsletter will be distributed that is devoted to responding to questions and comments.
