A Campaign for the Future:
Looking Toward a Century of Growth

Since St. Charles Borromeo Parish's founding in 1909, our community has shown a spirit of
welcoming, nurturing, celebrating, empowering and serving.

As we look forward to our second century of building the Kingdom of God in this part of Arlington,
help ensure that the next generations of St. Charles parishioners will feel that same
sense of community that we enjoy.

Let us work now to see that the practical, physical parts of our campus will still function
for the next hundred years:

• Replenish the building funds that sustained our facilities and grounds for the first 100 years
  by raising $150,000 to replace windows and doors, ensuring greater energy efficiency.
• Complete the project to construct our community center that we began in 2004
  by raising $1.2 million to eliminate our debt.
• Contribute a tithe of 10% of what we collect, or $150,000, to the new Sister Benedict Endowment Fund,
  which provides scholarships for children of need to attend St. Charles School.
