St. Charles-Bulletin 11/07/1999

from the pastor...FROM OUR PASTOR

Dear Members of St. Charles:

Our prayers and love go out to Sr. Benedict our School Principal as she recovers from a heart attack she suffered last week. To date, she is responding very well. When I asked her what we could do for her, she answered: Have the people lift me up with their prayers.

This weekend, our Finance Committee gives a report of our stewardship. The first quarter report shows an increase of 9% in our Offertory income. Thanks to all of you for your generosity.

At our Town Meeting, we outlined options for future development that are urgently needed but costly. Your support allows us to look to the future with the belief that St. Charles will meet the challenge.

Remembering the Saints, especially our patron, St. Charles,

Rev. Gerry Creedon
