Body and Blood of Christ
FROM THE PASTOR
Dear St. Charles Parishioners,
The Feast of Corpus Christi calls all of us to a renewed appreciation
of Christ's presence with us in the Eucharist. This weekend we complete
the initiation of our First Communicants.
I want to thank parents and catechists who did a wonderful job instructing
our children. May the bread of life sustain and strengthen our families.
I also want to appreciate our Eucharistic ministers. They are extraordinary
in their devotion to this ministry. Especially to the sick and the home
bound.
Thanks too to all our liturgy volunteers, musicians and singers the
joy and faith they all bring to our celebrations. Our RE outreach to
Darfur and our Cabaret to support the youth workcamp were a great success.
Merci. Remember joy is the infallible sign of the presence of God.

Gerry Creedon
