6th Sunday of Easter
FROM THE PASTOR
Dear St. Charles Parishioners,
Let us offer a big welcome to the children who have joined us at the Lord's Table in their First Communion. I congratulate all the parents and catechists who have cultivated their faith and understanding.
Let us appreciate mothers on Mother's Day and beyond. If you need a special gift to show your appreciation St Charles will facilitate. At the church doors after the morning Masses, flowers and cards will be will be sold with proceeds benefiting mothers and guardians of children who have lost family members to AIDS in Kenya, Africa.
Closer to home we salute Borromeo Housing for their work to shelter and support young mothers who face unique challenges.
Happy Mother’s Day!
