FROM
OUR PASTOR
Dear St. Charles Parishioners:
At the Easter Vigil at St. Charles, 25 new members joined the Catholic
Church through the Easter sacraments of initiation. Thanks to all our RCIA
leaders and catechists for their witness of faith during the year. Thanks
too, to Deacon Ernie Aguilar for his assistance. Our prayers are with him
as he approaches ordination in May as a Paulist priest.
Our Easter liturgies were a joyous celebration of faith in the Risen
Christ. I appreciate the work of planners, singers and musicians, and all
who assumed roles of service. It is a joy to serve such a vibrant
multi-cultural community of faith as St. Charles.
I invite all who are coordinating the services of the parish to come to
a Ministries Day on May 6th, beginning with 9:00 AM Mass till midday.
Alleluia!
Feel the Spirit!
