26th Sunday in Ordinary Time
FROM THE PASTOR'S DESK
Dear St. Charles Parishioners,
It is not too late to get on the parish bus for our VOICE meeting in
Dumfries. We are committed to joining almost 40 other Northern Virginia
Congregations in the launch of an Interfaith Community Organization
to promote justice in housing, immigration and health care. You will
find more information on our parish website. We will also have car pools
leaving the Parking Lot on Oct 5 at 3:30pm or a bit earlier. We are
working to have 100 St. C representatives at this inauguration. Come
and be part of the action and learn more about our goals.
Thanks to all who participated in our Ministries Fair. As a parish
we believe in Full Employment! Our parish staff is always anxious to
assist you in your interests and ministry. If you missed this opportunity,
the Ministry Fair Special Edition of our current
Volunteer Listings is available on the website as well as the Church
entrances. Come and serve!
Feel the Spirit,

Gerry Creedon
